Two Weeks. 10+ DFW Runners. One Starting Line in Boston
Real runners. Real journeys. Every single one earned their way to the starting line.
Two weeks from now, runners will be toeing the starting line in Hopkinton for the 2026 Boston Marathon. And between now and that moment, DFW Running Talk is going to bring you every single story we can find or find time to interview. Quick hits too on Instagram!
Starting this Monday, a new interview drops every day — one per day, all the way until race day. That’s 10+ DFW runners, each one sharing how they trained, how they qualified, and what it means to them to run Boston. Every episode is 15–20 minutes. Short enough for a morning run. Long enough to actually feel the story.
And here’s the best part — not one of these guests has ever been on the podcast before. These are fresh voices from the DFW running community, and they have earned the right to be heard.
Here’s what the next two weeks look like:
One new episode drops daily from now through race week. Virtual interviews recorded right here, featuring runners from across the DFW area who are heading to Boston.
Then on Saturday April 19th and Sunday April 20th, the show goes live from the Hilton Boston Park Plaza — 2–4 PM both days. In-person interviews recorded right before the race, with runners in taper mode and race-day nerves setting in. All of those episodes will post on Sunday and Monday — the day of the marathon — so your race morning has a soundtrack. Note, I will have some 2nd times or 3rd time podcast guest on, hopefully!
Watch, listen, and subscribe — wherever you are:
These are video interviews, so if you want the full experience, head to YouTube and see the faces behind the stories.
